Handling of Your Registration
WCC processes personal data in connection with the submission of a registration to WCC. The data is processed to administer the registration. This processing is part of WCC’s handling of the registration in accordance with our agreement with you.
Categories of Personal Data Processed
The categories of personal data processed include names and contact information for you and individuals who have applied for WCC’s services. If the case concerns an organization and a contact person has been designated, the name and contact information for the contact person will also be processed.
A message field is included in the registration form. Messages are only processed as part of the relevant case. The information is not separately recorded, nor is the message content searchable.
How Are Your Personal Data Protected?
WCC uses IT systems to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of personal data. We have implemented special security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing (such as unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or damage). Only employees who need to process your personal data to fulfill WCC’s stated purposes have access to it.
Third Countries and Sharing of Your Personal Data
WCC processes your personal data only within the EU or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection, meaning those with protection standards comparable to the GDPR.
